Information

The price for a Sleep Retreat is DKK 2,995 per person in a standard double room.

We recommend 1 person per room to provide the best conditions for testing the learning acquired during the retreat.

The money will be deducted from your account 10 days before arrival.

The retreat is aimed at those who are curious about sleep as part of their health and want concrete knowledge and tools to improve the quality of their sleep.

You can participate alone or in the company of others, as there is both alone time and time with other participants. All adults (18+) are welcome, regardless of gender.

Cancellation and full refund of the retreat is possible up to 10 days prior to arrival.

From 9 days until arrival, it is possible to get a full refund minus a DKK 500 cancellation fee per person. If the retreat is moved to another date, the cancellation fee of DKK 500 is still payable.

The full amount will be refunded if Kurhotel Skodsborg cancels the retreat.

We reserve the right to make any changes to the program. The final program and practical information will be sent directly to participants no later than one week before the retreat.

The retreat does not guarantee improved sleep, but it is an opportunity to gain knowledge and test different sleep optimization tools.
