Carl serves vegetarian dishes and brasserie classics

Brasserie Carl serves meal experiences based on the best seasonal ingredients and the motto of enjoyment, taste and well-being, including homemade bread, fish from sustainable fisheries and dairy products, eggs and meat from responsible producers. Whatever you choose, the basis is always, as far as possible, local, raw ingredients, cooked to perfection – always with a little twist that is unique to Carl.
