TRX training is an effective and versatile form of exercise where you use your own body weight as resistance. TRX training activates multiple muscle groups simultaneously, increasing calorie burn and improving functional strength and stability in everyday movements. The workout also challenges the body’s core muscles, which contributes to improved posture and balance.
We offer TRX training at different levels and our skilled instructors adjust the intensity accordingly. During the summer months, we take advantage of our green spaces and take our TRX training outside – it’s sunny, windy and smiley to work out in the open air.
