
Yoga Therapy
Yoga Therapy is a holistic session that supports you and your wellbeing. You will experience an individualized approach to yoga, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to improve your mental, physical (including hormonal) and emotional health. Yoga therapy can help you relieve or prevent conditions such as stress, anxiety, depression, migraines, irregular cycles, menopause, back pain and sleep problems.
In the first 80-minute session, we’ll talk about your lifestyle, your habits and your current condition. You will then receive advice on lifestyle changes, nutrition, yoga, meditation and/or breathing exercises to support your healing journey. Together we will develop a small program that you can take home with you.
As each session is tailored specifically to you, treatment may vary. In general, you can expect the therapist to show you personal breathing and/or meditation techniques and yoga poses. With gentle touch, the yoga therapist will support you to find the right yoga pose expression for your body’s needs. Let the soothing voice of the therapist guide you into a deep relaxation supported by the calming and nourishing touch of a relaxing hand, face and head massage. A journey for body and soul.
In the session, we agree on regular follow-up sessions (50 min). We decide the frequency and number of sessions together.
