The personal trainer will put together the perfect training program for you and lead you through your tailor-made fitness exercises with motivation and support. When starting a personal training program, a free 30-minute introductory session is offered to help create a good match between the personal trainer and the client.

You will initially meet for half an hour with a personal trainer for an introductory conversation. At this meeting, we will discuss your wishes and needs for the upcoming training. The personal trainer will ask you a series of questions and possibly perform a body analysis to get you off to the best possible start.

From the initial meeting, the personal trainer will have prepared the first training session.

We recommend booking a minimum of 10 x 50-minute training sessions. This will ensure a good starting point for maintaining your training afterwards. How you want to use the 10 training sessions can be agreed with your personal trainer.

No, you don’t. You can book a personal trainer whether you are a member of Skodsborg Spa & Fitness or not. You can still enjoy our great changing facilities, including a sauna and cold water tub, but as a member, you can work out in the fitness area, participate in group training and use the beautiful spa.
