We host wedding parties ranging from intimate, relaxed lunches to large evening celebrations, welcoming up to 120 guests.

How many overnight wedding guests are there rooms for?

Kurhotel Skodsborg offers wedding accommodation and has 96 rooms in various categories – from standard rooms to junior suites. You and your guests will stay with the sea and forest as your neighbors, and we offer your guests accommodation at a special room rate. Extend the celebration and enjoy a delicious breakfast the next morning with your guests in beautiful surroundings.

What different rooms can we choose from?

Kurhotel Skodsborg has three large function rooms. The historic Villa Rex – King Frederik VII’s former residence, the sophisticated The View – at the top of the hotel with access to our private rooftop and breathtaking views of the forest and water, and the classic Søjlesal – with its own terrace.

Can we get married in nature at Kurhotel Skodsborg?

Yes, the ceremony can be held in our beautiful “backyard” Jægersborg Hegn – part of Dyrehaven, on our private jetty with the sea at your feet or on the hotel’s rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of the Sound. If you have other wishes for a wedding in the nature around the hotel, we’ll help you make your dream come true.

How much does a wedding party at Kurhotel Skodsborg cost?

We always work with respect for what you have decided your wedding should cost and can offer wedding parties in several price ranges.

Our standard wedding package costs DKK 2,650 per person and includes a welcome drink, 4-course dinner with wine/beer/water, coffee/tea/avec and petit fours, bar with beer/wine/water/long drinks, evening meal and flower bouquets for the tables for min. 30 guests.

The Junior Spa Suite for you as the bride and groom on your wedding night is included in the price.

Can we create the wedding menu ourselves?

Yes, the menu is agreed in collaboration with the head chef and is based on our seasonal party menu. We can always accommodate special allergens or considerations.

If you have purchased a wedding package, the rehearsal dinner is included.

Can we use the surroundings as a location for our wedding photos?

Kurhotel Skodsborg is beautifully situated between the green flora of Dyrehaven and the blue Øresund, offering a unique location for your wedding photo shoot if you hold your wedding reception with us. The location fee will be included (normal price from DKK 10,000).
