Membership includes a free fitness test worth 750 kr. The in-depth test uncovers how to get the most out of your membership to ensure your wishes and training goals are met. Based on the test, a training program is created and recommendations are made for ideal classes and training modes.

Baby swimming – safety in water
Practical information
A 15-session course for 3,565 DKK. The price is not reduced in the event of illness or other absences.
From 3 months (minimum 5 kilos).
We regularly form groups based on the babies’ ages. Each group has a maximum of 7 participants.
We offer baby swimming classes on Mondays and Tuesdays and Thursdays and Fridays from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Once you accept a course, registration is binding. The price is not reduced for illness or other absences. If a training session is canceled, a new day will be scheduled.
Registration must be done at babysvoemning@skodsborg.dk. Remember to include the child’s name and date of birth.
Swimming lessons take place in a private, separate heated pool (34°C) (note: not in the spa itself) with subdued lighting.
There is a private changing area adjacent to the pool, and changing tables are located near the pool so that little ones can be changed easily. Car seats are available, as strollers must be left in the reception area, a short distance from the pool.
By car
We have 200 free parking spaces at street level. If parking for more than 4 hours, the license plate must be registered at the hotel reception. We also have 4 parking spaces with chargers for electric cars and 6 disabled parking spaces.
By train
We are located about a 10-minute walk from Skodsborg Station. Travel time by train is approximately 20 minutes from Copenhagen Central Station/Nørreport.
Eyelash, lash and brow
Give your lashes a boost. Dreaming of long, full lashes without mascara? Eyelash extension creates natural fullness of your own lashes by adding artificial lashes to give you the look you’re dreaming of. The treatment lasts for about 6-8 weeks, but is recommended to be refreshed every 2. to Week 3.
LASH LIFT
With the popular Lash Lift treatment, you can give your lashes a beautiful lift – a semi-permanent lash lift that makes your own lashes appear longer and fuller from the moment you stand up. The treatment lasts for 6 to 8 weeks and includes coloring of the upper lashes.
BROW LIFT
Get well-groomed brows with fullness and symmetry. Brow Lift, also known as brow lamination, gives your brows a fuller look with extra length and volume. With a Brow Lift, you’ll wake up every day with beautiful brows that you don’t have to do anything more than comb through with a brow brush. The treatment includes brow coloring and direction.
