Background: Camilla is trained in gymnastics, fitness, boxing, climbing, Skodsborg Cross, weightlifting and TRX and has more than 10 years of experience as a personal trainer.

Focus: Training, diet and recovery need to come together if you wish to achieve and retain a healthy, strong, slim body.
