Team training can be motivating and energizing, making it easier to implement physical activity into everyday life and achieve desired results. It’s engaging in a different way than working out alone, and at the same time it fulfills part of the social need. We offer many different types of classes every day, from TRX, spinning, boxing, yoga, aqua fitness and Skodsborg Cross.
The atmosphere in the classes is invigorating, and when training can be done outdoors, the fresh forest and sea air makes the experience extra special.

As a member of Skodsborg Spa & Fitness, we offer a 20% discount on Treatment treatments Monday-Thursday (excluding public holidays).
No-show fee v. failure to register for a team DKK 50.
Fee for missing or late check-out at the agreed time DKK 150.
Fee for loan chip DKK 25.
Replacement fee for lost chip DKK 150.
