Skodsborg Spa Fitness

Skodsborg Spa Fitness is part of Kurhotel Skodsborg’s unique wellness universe. Here you can work out in bright, high-ceilinged fitness rooms or in beautiful outdoor surroundings, close to forest and water.

We offer fitness in an elegant setting with the option of a charitable visit to the spa afterwards. It is possible to work out alone, in a class or with a personal trainer and the facilities are available to both hotel guests and members of Spa Fitness.

What we offer

Welcome to unique training facilities

Skodsborg Spa Fitness welcomes you to the 500 sqm modern fitness area. Here you can maintain your fitness in combination with strength and toning training on our many machines – treadmills, cross-trainers, rowing and cardio machines, bikes and the full strength training package.

In addition, our free training area is available with functional freestanding racks, double cable cross, kettle and dumbbells. Our equipment is specially selected in high quality and includes Precor, Eleiko and GYM80.

Try one of our 120+ weekly classes in one of the three classrooms, the yoga room, the lap pool, the saunas or in the beautiful outdoor surroundings.

Skodsborg Spa Fitness regularly hosts events such as sauna days, yoga events and other sports-related events. Keep an eye on our event calendar, where you can also buy tickets.

Skodsborg Spa & Fitness is for guests and members over the age of 15.

As a member of Skodsborg Spa & Fitness, you get a 20% discount on Treatment treatments Monday-Thursday (excluding public holidays)

Towel service 300 kr. per month

Delivery within 24 hours except Sunday

No-show fee v. failure to cancel a class DKK 50.
Fee v. failure to cancel or late cancellation at the agreed time DKK 150.

Fee for loaner chip 50 kr.
Compensation fee v. lost chip 150 kr.

Membership is non-cancellable for 5 months from the start date.

After that, it can be terminated with one month’s notice to the end of a month.

Termination must be made in writing via email: fitness@skodsborg.dk and must be received by us no later than the 15th of the month.

Registration fee 500 kr.

Invoice fee 40 kr.
