The New Year’s Eve party begins with champagne and appetisers in The View at the top of the hotel to the sounds of the King’s New Year’s speech, followed by an exquisite New Year’s Eve menu with a 5-course dinner with matching wines in Brasserie Carl. The festivities continue with a free bar, DJ and dancing, and when the clock strikes midnight, we celebrate the New Year with a glass of bubbly and kransekage, festive fireworks and later a late-night snack.
