Floating Sound Bath is a unique session where guests float weightlessly on soft mattresses in our warm hydro-spa, surrounded by the deep, soothing vibrations of gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other gentle instruments.

The sound travels through both water and air, creating a holistic experience that has a deeply relaxing effect on body and mind. The water supports the body, while the sound frequencies calm the nervous system, release tension, and help restore inner balance. A nourishing journey for body, mind, and soul.

The session is guided by Aistė Li, a sound therapist, psychologist, and art therapist with over ten years of experience in healing sound journeys. In her practice, Aistė combines science with intuition and presence to create safe and transformative spaces for relaxation and healing.

The Floating Sound Bath lasts 90 minutes and takes place in Kurhotel Skodsborg’s award-winning spa. The session will be held in Danish. Upon arrival, please report to the Spa & Fitness reception, where you will be given towels, a blanket, and a sleep mask – just bring your swimwear.

Explore our 16 unique bathing experiences in our exclusive spa, which de-stress both body and mind, cleanse and renew your energy. After a wonderful spa experience, you can settle down in our beautiful The Lobby and enjoy Afternoon Tea consisting of the patisserie’s selection of delicious mini paleo sandwiches and cakes. Served between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
