Dette vil blive din ugentlige forkælelse, som vil give dig ekstra energi, overskud og en stærk og veltilpas krop.
Mens mor træner, ligger baby i lift eller på tæppe.

Vores mor/barn-træning tager udgangspunkt i funktionel træning, så du vil få trænet hele kroppen igennem.

Du kan deltage på holdet 8 uger efter fødslen.

Baby swimming – Play and learn in the water

In baby swimming, we work on water safety and the joy of swimming through play and fun. A hands-on experience between parent and child to get your child ready to explore the water. We play, sing, swim, float, jump and dive with the children. We always follow the individual child’s level and temperament, so the children set the pace. The goal of baby swimming is to follow and support the child’s mental and motor development – through play.

Skodsborg Spa Fitness is part of Kurhotel Skodsborg’s unique wellness universe. Here you can work out in bright, high-ceilinged fitness rooms or in beautiful outdoor surroundings, close to forest and water.

We offer fitness in an elegant setting with the option of a charitable visit to the spa afterwards. It is possible to work out alone, in a class or with a personal trainer and the facilities are available to both hotel guests and members of Spa Fitness.

What we offer

Welcome to unique training facilities

Skodsborg Spa Fitness welcomes you to the 500 sqm modern fitness area. Here you can maintain your fitness in combination with strength and toning training on our many machines – treadmills, cross-trainers, rowing and cardio machines, bikes and the full strength training package.

In addition, our free training area is available with functional freestanding racks, double cable cross, kettle and dumbbells. Our equipment is specially selected in high quality and includes Precor, Eleiko and GYM80.

Try one of our 120+ weekly classes in one of the three classrooms, the yoga room, the lap pool, the saunas or in the beautiful outdoor surroundings.

Tailored fitness membership

A membership at Skodsborg Spa & Fitness gives you the opportunity to work out on your own terms. Whether you want to work out alone in the bright gym, in the company of a personal trainer or in one of the motivational classes, the membership can be tailored and used as needed to get the most out of your workout.

Membership includes a free fitness test worth 750 kr. The in-depth test uncovers how to get the most out of your membership to ensure your wishes and training goals are met. Based on the test, a training program is created and recommendations are made for ideal classes and training modes.

Team training in beautiful surroundings

Team training can be motivating and energizing, making it easier to implement physical activity into everyday life and achieve desired results. It’s engaging in a different way than working out alone, and at the same time it fulfills part of the social need. We offer many different types of classes every day, from TRX, spinning, boxing, yoga, aqua fitness and Skodsborg Cross. The atmosphere in the classes is invigorating, and when training can be done outdoors, the fresh forest and sea air makes the experience extra special. Class registration can be done at the earliest 15 days in advance.
