Kurhotel Skodsborg has since 1992 been 100% owned by Chr. Augustinus Factories Akts. Chr. Augustinus Factories Akts. is the parent company of the Augustinus Group and owned by the Augustinus Foundation.
Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker is represented on the Board of Directors by Chairman of the Board Claus Gregersen. The board also consists of board member Anders Boelskifte Mogensen, board member Stine Lolk and board member Steffen Kaj Pedersen.
