Nordisk Sanse Retreat
Three days of breathwork, yoga, meditation, contrast therapy, and Nordic spa rituals: a collaboration between Kurhotel Skodsborg and Slomo’s Rob da Bank.
Taking place on 4–6 February 2026, The Nordisk Sanse Retreat offers a transformative experience in which leading experts from Denmark and the UK come together to explore the restorative powers of breathwork, yoga, meditation, contrast therapy and traditional Nordic spa practices.
The Retreat is hosted by Slomo’s Rob da Bank – DJ, meditation teacher and co-founder of Camp Bestival – alongside Kurhotel Skodsborg’s resident contrast therapy experts, Bo Berlin and Tania Bill Petersen.
The Nordisk Sanse Retreat offers a programme of somatic practice and embodied movement designed to encourage mindful connection, full-body presence and restorative renewal. Over three days, guests will participate in practical workshops, immersive sessions and Q&A-led discussions on both traditional Nordic wellness and next-generation holistic practices. Highlights include Slomo Breathwork and Yoga Nidra, SaunaGus, Skodsborg Flow, and our new Hot Stretch practice, alongside refreshing Baltic dips to invigorate body and mind.
Set against North Zealand’s serene coastline, the retreat is designed to awaken the senses, restore balance and offer a deeply restorative midwinter reset in an intimate setting of just 20 guests.
