HOW MUCH DOES PERSONAL TRAINING COST?

Members Skodsborg Spa & Fitness pay DKK 3,650 for a personal training programme consisting of 5 x 50-minute sessions. Non-members pay DKK 4,150 for a training programme consisting of 5 x 50-minute sessions. Read more about the prices here.

HOW DO I GET STARTED WITH PERSONAL TRAINING?

Call Skodsborg Spa & Fitness on 4558 5830 or send an email to personligtraening@skodsborg.dk. You can also contact your preferred trainer directly.

HOW DOES A PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMME START?

You will have a ½-hour introductory meeting with a personal trainer. This meeting is all about determining your expectations in terms of your upcoming training sessions. The personal trainer will ask you a number of questions and maybe perform a body analysis to get you off to a good start.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE FIRST TRAINING SESSION?

On the basis of the introductory meeting, your personal trainer will have prepared the first session.

HOW LONG DOES A PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMME LAST?

We recommend booking at least a programme of 5 x 50-minute sessions. This will guarantee you an excellent basis for maintaining your training yourself. You and your personal trainer will agree on how to make the best use of the 5 sessions.

DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER IN ORDER TO GET A PERSONAL TRAINER?

No. You do not need to be a member of Skodsborg Spa & Fitness to book a personal trainer. See more here. You will still be able to enjoy our excellent changing facilities with sauna and cold-water bath etc.

WHO ARE YOUR PERSONAL TRAINERS?

At Skodsborg Spa & Fitness we have a wide range of personal trainers, each with their own special focus – including rehabilitation. weight loss, body toning, improved muscular strength or greater flexibility. You can read more about the individual trainers here.

WHY USE A PERSONAL TRAINER?

A personal trainer will give you the most effective workout. Our personal trainers are professionally trained coaches. Together with you they structure your personal training programme, help you achieve your goals and ensure that you avoid injury. This ensures that you get the best out of your time in the gym.

DO I HAVE TO BE IN GOOD SHAPE IN ORDER TO USE A PERSONAL TRAINER?

No. Skodsborg Spa & Fitness welcomes everyone, no matter what shape they are in. It is often hard to get started. With a personal trainer, you get a training partner who will help you achieve your goals, motivate you and congratulate you on your results.

CAN I WORK OUT IN THE GYM OUTSIDE MY PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS?

Yes, if you are a member of Skodsborg Spa & Fitness. Members get 20% discount on spa treatments from Monday to Thursday, so you can treat yourself to a massage after your training session. Find out more about membership here.
