TRX: Effective training using your own weight
Say goodbye to weights and machines with TRX suspension training, using your own body weight as resistance. You are guaranteed an effective workout that boosts muscle build, fat burning and body toning. Our experienced instructors focus on building maximum core, but adjust the intensity of the different levels in both our TRX fitness class and during personal training sessions.
Since Kurhotel Skodsborg is located on the coast North of Copenhagen, we take advantage of the lush surroundings and move our TRX training outside during the summer season. Working out with the sun in our faces and the wind in our hair usually makes it much more fun.
