First, you will have a half-hour introductory meeting with a personal trainer. Together, you will clarify your goals, wishes, and needs for the upcoming training program. The trainer will ask you relevant questions and possibly perform a body analysis to ensure you get the best possible start.

Based on the initial meeting, the personal trainer will have prepared the first training session.

We recommend booking a minimum training course of 10 x 50-minute training sessions. This will ensure a good starting point for maintaining your training afterwards. How you want to use the 10 training sessions is agreed with your personal trainer.
