Brasserie Carl honours the visionary values of health and wellness espoused by Dr. Carl Ottosen, the founder of Kurhotel Skodsborg, more than a century ago.

His belief that fresh air, water, light, exercise and “a rational diet” have a healing and preventive effect still constitute a fundamental set of values for Kurhotel Skodsborg.
That is why, in homage to Dr. Ottosen’s eternal ideas, we named the brasserie Carl.

Brasserie CARL welcomes guests morning, noon and evening. The atmosphere is informal and the setting stylish, perched between the greenery of the Deer Park and the azure blue of the Sound.

The kitchen’s temptations and unique dining experiences are available from 7.00 am to 11.00 pm. Enjoy the tastes, the smells, the little surprises and the exquisite dishes that are always a visual treat. Our delicious breakfast buffet, a quick business lunch or a romantic dinner – whatever the occasion, it is all about joie de vivre and an experience that sates both body and soul.
