My workout method is based on your body’s level of strength, balance and fitness. It should be fun, varied and challenging no matter what level you start at. Choosing the perfect workout methods for you will be based on who you are and what your goal is. The workout can take place either indoors or outdoors, using ‘free’ tools – for example, Trx, R.O.P.E.S., rubber bands, various balls, rolls and/or elements from nature.
In this type of workout, your body weight is always an asset vis-à-vis the level of difficulty in your workout. That means that your whole being is active.
