Background: Beathe is a certified trainer with 7 years’ experience in the fields of personal training and coaching classes.

Focus: Functional training comes first. Strength training is secondary. By combining both, you can lose weight more easily, since muscles play a role in the essential work – burning fat.

Motto: “It should be fun and effective.”

Beathe will make sure that the training is adapted and individualised to suit where you are at and what you wish to achieve. If you are to sustain a long-term plan, exercise should be both fun and effective.
