Mikael Steinhausen

With Mikael Steinhauen you get a personal trainer who bases his work with you on where you are at. He uses a form of training that centres and strengthens all joints and he is also trained in Body-sds, a method that counteracts the stress your body is exposed to when you are not moving. Your personal training programme will be adapted to you as you develop in both strength and awareness.
