Mia Panduro

It is of vital importance to Mia Panduro that working out is fun as a means to your training to become a natural part of your active and healthy lifestyle.

Mia has more than 12 years’ experience as a fitness and dance teacher. She composes a unique programme for you, based on your desires and goals in order to ensure your motivation, progression and – eventually – the desired results.

Mia is an EHFA-certified personal trainer and nutritionist as well as a professional hula hoop performer and teacher. She has an MA in theatre, media and performance studies.
