Lotte Rask

Personal training with Lotte Rask always focuses on joy, quality in the movements, great breathing and prevention of injuries, especially in relation to your back. Your training programme will be based on your specific needs and wishes. Lotte is an experienced trainer. She offers personal training in TRX, Functional Training and Pilates, relaxation and massage as a path towards well-being, and stress management. Lotte is a relaxation therapist and trained instructor in TRX, Pilates and Reformer, as well as a diet and health coach.
