With Linda Langkilde, you get personal training that focuses on your posture as well as your wellbeing. She works with relaxation and strengthening of the body’s core using different forms of movement. Her programmes are inspired by sports, dance, yoga and fitness, and it is this combination that allows for a more gentle way of development. Linda is a teambuilding instructor and Phys Ed teacher and has a background as both dancer and dance teacher. She herself has danced for more than 30 years, including modern, jazz and free dance. In addition she has practiced yoga since 2000 focusing on hatha, vinyasa and flow. She has worked at Kurhotel Skodsborg since 2016 as an instructor at Funky Friday, Senior Fitness, Functional Training and Relaxation.
