Everyone can do CrossFit. Men and women, beginners and advanced are challenged to meet their potential, and you can choose to work out in a class or book a personal training session. We guarantee lots of sweat, a high pulse and great fun! When the weather is nice, we move our CrossFit Workout Of The Day (WOD) outdoors. Kurhotel Skodsborg is located between the forest and the beach north of Copenhagen, and we believe that the inspiring setting boosts both your physical and mental strength. Just like CrossFit!
