Every Sunday with arrival between 12 noon and 2 pm we invite you to sink into our soft, comfortable sofas to enjoy our new, luxurious brunch experience in Kurhotel Skodsborg’s beating heart: The Lobby.
The flickering flames from the open fireplace, and the mellow lounge music, or the perfect soundscape, created by selected, young classical musicians, create the perfect ambience for you to relax, delighting in company of your friends, partner or family.

For cake lovers and fashionistas
David Duncan is one of Europe’s leading cake designers, creating cakes for various celebrities, public figures and brands including Prince William, JK Rowling, Dior, and HM The Queen.
He is the founding owner of 3D Cakes, Scotland’s most awarded cake boutique. David will be visiting Copenhagen during Copenhagen Fashion Week in late January for a series of fashion cake demonstrations to promote his Cake Masterclass Tour taking place in April 2018 in Copenhagen.
When you book your Sundaybrunch on Sunday 28 January, you will be able to experience David in action when he creates a cake made like a designer handbag. The brand of the bag, will be revealed on the day.

BEAUTIFUL, TASTY – AND HEALTHY
Our Head Chef, Erik Kroun, and his team have composed an extraordinary treat ideally enjoyed over an entire afternoon. Most of the dishes are home-made and unique to Kurhotel Skodsborg, from the breads and croissants over the “nutella” to the sausages, the stirred steak tartare, and the many other delicacies.
The brunch menu includes selected small desserts and petit fours from our in-house pastry chefs, as well as coffee, tea, juice and a glass of bubbly.
The brunch is not only beautiful to behold, and tasty, it is also developed to ensure your intake of healthy, unsaturated fats and antioxidants, making it perfect for restitution after a work-out or a wellness treatment.
As always, our lovely waiters will be at hand, ensuring the great atmosphere with their knowledgeable and discreet service.
Martin Troelsen, Sommelier and F&B Manager, has also been rummaging through his wine cupboard in order to find the best possible offers on bubbly to accompany the brunch for those of us who enjoy a Sunday in the lap of luxury.
