Our chefs are passionate about creating dishes inspired by new Nordic principles. They work closely with carefully chosen suppliers to select the best ingredients of the season – always organic when available.
We bake our own bread and cakes and make our own preserves and many of the other delicacies you can enjoy as a guest of Kurhotel Skodsborg. That little extra something is provided by the herbs we cultivate in our kitchen garden
The Brasserie is open for dinner all days 6 -11 pm.
The kitchen closes at 9.30 pm.
Combine 3 to 4 dishes from the a la carte menu or choose “The Meal”, the dish that answers every need, created daily by Chef, Erik Kroun
In The Brasserie we offer a broad selection of classic wines as well as bottle beers, soft drinks and juices.
