A one ton Carrara marble table placed in the Pavilion with a view of Øresund is the stage for Erik Kroun’s “Chef’s table”.

 The table can be exclusively booked for private dining where our Chef prepares a menu with a personal touch for you and your guests – presenting or putting the finishing touches to the dishes at the table.  Restaurant Manager and Sommelier Martin Troelsen selects treasures from our cellar, creating a wine list to perfectly complement  the evening’s delicacies.
